Compare My Street

THIS IS A DATA COLLECTION. IT IS NOT A LEGAL SERVICE AND IT IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE.
It shows public records in plain words. It does not say whether to file anything, what to put on any form, or what any property is worth. For legal questions, ask a Maine attorney.

Type your address or map-lot. You get your parcel in the middle and the three lots on either side of it on the same street, with what the 2026 revaluation did to each: land, building, total value and tax on the last roll before the revaluation (2025–26, 19.55 mills) against the first roll after it (2026–27, 9.60 mills), plus the grade, condition, size, year and last visit on the new card and the last sale the card records.

How to read it. The town-wide multiple is 2.25× (land plus buildings, both commitment books) and the levy rose 10.7%, so a lot that rose by about 2.25× pays about 11% more. A lot that rose less than the street pays a smaller share than before; one that rose more pays a larger share. Tax figures are as printed in the Town’s commitment books, after exemptions. No owner names.

Streets are ordered by house number. Lots with no house number are ordered by map and lot, which follows the tax map.

Start typing a street name above. Shore Road is a good first try.
